Step Ahead!

We can match you up with someone locally who is already working in the field in which your interests lie. Basically they (the "local") act like a sort of mentor - providing you with advice and support so you'll be a step ahead (note the title!) when it comes to those gruelling job interviews and UCAS forms.

You might want to email your "local" occasionally with questions about your career thoughts. Or you may want to meet for a chat over coffee or arrange work experience at their place of work. Essentially it's up to you how you use your "local" and thus how much you get from the "Step Ahead" programme.
