Mosedale Coffee Shop
The Northern Fells Group has rented the Friends Meeting House at Mosedale for the last three years, for Thursdays to Sundays from July to September, to run the Coffee Shop there in aid of the Group’s funds.
This year the Coffee Shop will be open from 10am to 5pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and 2pm – 5pm on Sundays (there is a Quaker Meeting in the morning), from Thursday 2nd July to Sunday 6th September.
About 60 volunteers either join the rota for running the coffee shop or provide home baking and soups for the Coffee Shop.
Please ring Antoinette Ward on 016974 78220 if you can volunteer to help. A few half days, or full days if you prefer, running the Coffee Shop with other volunteers, or doing some baking or soupmaking would be very gratefully received. Thank you very much.
Or just come along and enjoy the homemade refreshments at the Coffee Shop, the exhibition of local art and craft in the Meeting House, and the bric a brac in the barn. You will be very welcome!
